Privacy notice
Updated 20 October 2026. This notice covers MTV City, a private, independent project about Montevecchia.
Controller and contact
The controller is Luca Ceresa. For privacy enquiries and rights requests: lc.ceresa@mtvcity.it.
Browsing and security
Hosting provider Aruba processes technical connection data needed to serve pages and protect the service, including IP address, date and time, requested resource and browser information. MTV City has no advertising, profiling, third-party analytics or visitor accounts. The purpose is to provide and secure the website, on the basis of legitimate interests. Technical logs remain managed by the provider under the service retention periods and applicable obligations; MTV City keeps no additional browsing log.
Email enquiries
Email links open your email application. This website has no contact form. If you write to us, the controller processes your email address, any name you provide and the message to answer and handle the enquiry, based on legitimate interests in correspondence or pre-contractual steps you request. Providing data is optional; a reply address is needed to respond. Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary and normally deleted within 30 days after the enquiry closes, unless documented needs or legal obligations require longer retention. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
Current calendar
The Home and event pages request a public data file from raw.githubusercontent.com, a GitHub service, to display current events. This sends GitHub your IP address and normal technical connection information. Our code sends no cookies, credentials, saved places or referring page address. The purpose is to provide current calendar information, based on legitimate interests in accuracy. GitHub may process data outside the European Economic Area under its privacy statement and the transfer safeguards described there. No remote code is loaded.
Preferences and maps
Places you choose to save remain only in your browser until you clear them through Preferences or browser settings. Dismissing the information notice is remembered in the current tab. These values are not sent to MTV City. Embedded OpenStreetMap maps load only when you press their button; the map provider then receives technical connection data. You can read the text and use external links without loading a map.
Recipients and rights
Hosting and email providers process data for their services, and the controller handles correspondence. Data are not sold. There are no automated decisions about individuals. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability by emailing lc.ceresa@mtvcity.it. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority. External websites have their own privacy notices.
